The Commit 2 Fit flyer this is 6 weeks 3x/wk at 5:30am that’s 18 sessions for only $165 for non members & $150. for members. Strength training, cardiovascular endurance, you’re surrounded by a team of trainers and participants to push you towards your goals.
We have small groups/boot camps starting in January as well many days and times available $99 for 4wks 2x/wk see club for details.
